On IC DoMO, starting from level 61, the experience requirements gradually become considerably higher than what was needed to reach the same level on Aeria. I have compiled a table of the differences between the two.

70->71 is the xp used for filling xp cards.

After you relevel from 10 and get back to 70, you still need to actually level up normally for the higher levels.
Note that each level req increases by 432,694,200 XP, the xp needed for 70-71. This is to allow the exp card system to function properly and fairly even if you level past 70.
